How to make Dark Chocolate Doughnuts
To prepare this dessert recipe, sieve together all purpose flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Then, activate the yeast with water or milk, it is completely your choice. Mix this activated yeast in the flour mix along with some milk and knead to a soft dough. Keep this dough aside for half an hour. Then, take out a little portion of the dough and roll into small balls. Using a steel glass to give the shape of a doughnut and then use a small cap of any bottle to make the inner hole. Repeat to make more such balls and keep them aside for another 20-30 minutes.
After some time, put a kadhai or a wok on medium flame and heat olive oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add the doughnuts and fry them until light brown in colour. Once the doughnuts are fried, dip them in powdered sugar and then dip in melted dark chocolate. (Optional: You can use colourful sprinkles to garnish these doughnuts.)
You can also use white melted chocolate to dip these doughnuts and then garnish them. Enjoy!
